How you claim it
The welcome offer is for new players. Your first deposit needs to be at least $10, and you claim the offer by making that deposit within 7 days, after which we may change the offer. Each deposit is judged on its own, so several small deposits cannot be added together to reach a cap.
Where the bonus goes
We pay the bonus as bonus funds, not cash. They sit in a separate bonus balance that you can bet with but cannot cash in until its wagering is done. We aim to credit promotional bonuses within one business day, and bonuses earned over a period such as a weekend or a month arrive on the first business day after it ends.
Wagering at 200x and 30x
Bonuses on your first and second deposits carry the higher level, and from the third deposit onward the level drops. To give you a sense of scale, a $100 bonus at 200x means about $20,000 in slot bets before you ask for a withdrawal. Bets from your cash balance and your bonus balance both count, and the count starts once all bonus money is in your account. If you take a new bonus before making another deposit, the earlier wagering carries over.
Which games count
- Slots count in full towards wagering.
- Table games, parlour games, live casino games and every other game type count 2%.
- All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing and earn no loyalty points.
- Double up bets do not count on any game.
- For new releases we set the contribution when the game launches.
How your two balances are played
Until your third deposit, each bet comes from your cash and bonus balances in proportion to their size, and wins go back the same way. Any withdrawal in this phase sets your bonus balance to zero. After the third deposit we play your cash first and use bonus money only once the cash runs out. Wins from cash go to cash, wins from bonus go to bonus, and bonus wins above your total bonus amount move into cash.
Bet size and irregular play
A single bet worth 25% or more of your credited bonus, placed before that bonus is wagered through, counts as irregular play. In roulette every chip on the table for one spin is treated as one bet. We also treat the following as irregular play.
- Using double up to raise your bet size
- Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette
- Autoplay used to meet wagering
- Starting a game feature after the bonus balance that built it has reached zero
- Low risk, zero margin or hedge betting aimed at clearing wagering
When we find irregular play, we may hold withdrawals and remove all winnings.
Taking cash out early
You can withdraw the cash part of your balance from your first and second deposits at any time. Doing so removes any bonus money left in your bonus balance, including bonuses tied to those deposits that have not been credited or redeemed yet. Taking out deposited money before the bonus linked to it has been redeemed is also listed among the forms of irregular play.
Time limits
Any promotional bonus you leave unused for more than 60 days after you register is lost. A bonus counts as used once its minimum wagering is complete.
One claim per household
Each promotion can be claimed once per person, device, household, family, address, email address, financial account, IP address or shared network such as a workplace or library. A bonus claimed more than once loses its winnings and the account is closed. Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so, and if the method you deposit with is not in your own name, we may void the winnings from the welcome bonus. We honour only the promotions advertised on our own website.
Fair use of offers
We may limit who can take part in any promotion. If an account is used only to collect offers without ever risking its own money, we pause all bonus redemptions, the welcome bonus included, until the account shows regular play with personal funds.
